It is possible if we define quickly. Massive amounts of weight loss quickly can only lead to health problems.

The right amount of weight that the average person should hope and try to lose a week when eating and working out correctly is something like 1 or 2 pounds a week. That is a good, healthy, and more importantly safe amount of weight to lose a week.

Healthy snacks are OK especially if they help you from getting so hungry that you eat foods you shouldn’t.

Fight the urge to put something in your mouth while watching TV. This is where a lot of folks gain extra weight.

Instead of eating, hop on the treadmill or go for a bicycle ride. Anything that will keep you busy so you don’t put junk food in your mouth without thinking.

Doesn’t this make a lot of sense? Low calorie diets don’t work. Low carb diets don’t work. Fad diets and diet pills don’t work. Exercise alone doesn’t work.
