Loss Weight- How To Lose Weight During Menopause
Losing weight during menopause is much different from the normal way of losing weight. Since your hormones are not as normal, so you need to address it to maximize your weight loss during menopause. I have a few ways to speed up your weight loss during menopause.
Losing weight during Menopause
1. You want to spin around
Now listen, your hormones are not normal and they’re unbalanced. By spinning it will addresses the problem since it stimulates your Endocrine System to be able to balance and stabilizes your hormones. Just spinning isn’t going to totally change mother nature with menopause, though it will help with losing weight since at this point your life the more you can balance your hormones the easier it will be to lose weight.
Here is how you going to accomplish this:
Your want to spin clockwise while having your arms up like a airplane wings. You want to turn or spin about 10 to 25 times. The goal is to get a little dizzy, not to dizzy that you can’t stand up. Once you able to find that magical number where you fill slightly dizzy, now just spin that amount multiple times in a day to help you rework and correct your hormones on a daily basics to clear a path for much easier losing weight.
2. Jumping up and down on a mini trampoline
Jumping on a mini-trampoline is an all around good exercise for everyone. Also it’s very convenient, it can be done in the privacy of your home. What I try to do is jump for about 3 minutes at a time during my T.V. commercials. Since the average one hour T.V. show is about 20mins of commercials. Perfect time for jumping on your mini trampoline. You can get a 20 minutes of a nice workout while watching your favorite TV program.
