Building Muscle The Smart Way
I wanted to take the time to share with you building muscle the smart way. I think everyone has a general idea on how to do this and it probably relates to lifting weights. That is not necessarily incorrect, but there is just better ways of doing things. If you could get six months worth of muscle in three months, it would definitely be a better choice to make. I’ve been doing this for years and I’ve learned a lot of little things along the way that I’ll share with you.
Sleep To Build
One of the most simplest things you can do to build muscle is to sleep 9hrs a night. It’s just common sense based on biology, but the amazing thing is that most people don’t do it. If you’ve ever talked to someone that wants to put on muscle, you’ll never hear them say, “I gotta get my 9hrs”. Most people are just getting around 6 hours a night and that just doesn’t cut it. You need a full night sleep because that is when major muscle repairs occur.
Diet is King
You need to follow a strict planned out diet to build muscle. You have to always be thinking of feeding your muscles so they can grow. If you’re not following such a plan, than you’re just wasting time. Your results will only be as good as your diet, so make sure it is good.
Intensity is Key
I see so many people at the gym that don’t even break a sweat. That’s not the way to build muscle. Your muscles build by having extremely high stress applied to them. That’s why I do short, but highly intense workouts that leave me drenched in sweat.
The 7 Minute Muscle will have you putting on more muscle in less time because it works to create the most intense workouts you’ll ever experience.
